After years of teaching vocal technique and singing, *Matias Stegmann* realized how therapeutic and healing it was for his students to dare to use their full voice potential.
Over the past years, Matias ventured to learn more about Energy Healing and Sound Healing using Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks, combining his knowledge about the voice with the therapeutic tools of energy work.

Spinal Energetics

Is an Energy healing modality that works with both western science (Chiropractics and Nervous System regulation) and eastern modalities (Reiki, Energy Healing, Chakra system) to help create a stronger Mind-Body connection.
Our body holds the information of all of our life’s experiences: Emotional experiences, Physical experiences, Mental patterns.
The key to living an embodied and fulfilling life, we need our nervous system to feel safe, rested and flexible, and we can achieve that by re-writing the stories of our past and releasing the automatic response of the nervous system to them.
Spinal Energetics helps your body unwind and connect to the innate wisdom that, for example, heals our physical wounds, repairs the bones and tissues in our body, to also heal from emotional, physical or mental trauma.

Transformational Breathwork

There’s an old saying that reads: “Tell me how you breathe and I will tell you how you live” A quick and shallow breath leads to a quick and shallow life, whereas a slow and deep breath leads to a slow and deep life.
Transformational Breathwork is a modality derived from the studies of Stanislav and Christina Grof. Through different breathing techniques you can access stuck emotions, memories and limiting patterns that prevent you from living a fulfilling and expanded life.
By working with the breath you can increase the safety and flexibility of your nervous system so that you can live your life in a state of flow and ease.

Biofield Tuning

The term biofield refers to our body’s electrical system in its entirety - both the electric current that runs through our bodies, and the magnetic field that surrounds it.
Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method that works directly with this system, seeing it as inextricably connected with our conscious and subconscious mind, including our memories.
All physical, mental and emotional disorders can be perceived as "dissonance" in our electrical system. Biofield Tuning is able to locate, **diminish** and **resolve** this dissonance and in doing so, alleviate and even eradicate the corresponding physical, mental and/or emotional symptoms.
As the biofield dissonance subsides, clients generally report feeling "lighter," able to breathe more freely, and a diminishment or resolution of their symptoms.
